Privacy
This policy covers the institutional website at /site/, contact and professional enquiries received by email. The root landing has separate documents. Brand websites have their own policies; a link does not automatically forward your form content to a brand.
Visits and security
Infrastructure logs IP address, date, requested resource, response status, referrer, browser and forwarding headers for operation and security. The configured rotation is daily with seven history files, not a guarantee that every copy is deleted within seven days. There are no analytics, advertising, accounts, newsletter or visitor measurement at /site/.
Contact and communications
The form receives name, email, area of interest and message, not phone numbers or files. SMTP delivery is currently inactive: after a failed attempt you can open your email client and send to info@patricksoares.ch. No email is sent without that action. The form stores no messages in a database. Received communications are used to respond and handle the matter; the proprietor is responsible for processing.
Candidate privacy
You can make an unsolicited application by contacting us and identifying Corporate / Soares Sousa Consulting, Soares Consulting or Patrick Digital Systems. The selected area helps review the enquiry; there is no automatic ATS forwarding. This site has no CV uploads. Documents voluntarily emailed are processed to assess the application, with access limited to people authorised to handle it. There is no AI screening, marketing subscription or automatic talent pool.
Retention
Contact correspondence and applications received are retained for five years after the matter or process closes. This does not authorise reuse for future vacancies or marketing. The proprietor selected this period; it is not described as a mandatory legal period. A legal obligation or defence of rights may justify specific additional retention. Mailbox deletion is an administrative operation, not an automatic function of this website. Earlier deletion can be requested, subject to applicable limits.
Providers and external links
Hosting is on AWS in the Zurich region, Switzerland. The server retrieves flags from Flagcdn and delivers them through the site image service; fonts are served by the site. Email involves the sender’s and recipient’s mail providers: the hosting location does not establish that all communications stay in Switzerland. Opening an external website connects to its operator and its policy applies.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights, including objection or withdrawal of consent where relevant. Email info@patricksoares.ch with the matter and data to locate. Do not send an identity document by default; only proportionate verification will be requested if necessary. Requests are assessed under applicable law; immediate or unrestricted deletion is not guaranteed. You may contact the FDPIC or competent authority. We use HTTPS and request validation, without promising absolute security.
